Add Subscriber
In order to send dispatches to certain subscribers, their details
must first exist within the centralised Connect database. A subscriber can be added to the system with little effort, using the process described below. - Either
a. Select Add under Subscribers in the main navigation panel b. Click on New Subscriber from the Connect Dashboard - Enter general subscriber details in Part 1
- Click on the Save User option to ensure that subcriber details such as name, email and status are recorded
- At this point, the checkboxes listed in Part 2 are activated, allowing you to define the membership details for the new subscriber. Select the checkboxes beside the categories and/or lists the subscriber belongs to
- Select the Save option
