Proof Dispatch

The Dispatch Dashboard allows you to view the various components of your dispatch. This interface also contains the'Proof' functionality, which enables a test dispatch to be sent to the relevant personnel that have been chosen to be part of the proof list. Members of the proof list can be defined in the administration area of Connect, as shown in the following screenshot.

The benefits of the proof functionality are:

Allows you to preview your dispatch, as it will appear to your recipients
An unlimited number of proofs can be sent, allowing you to make modifications until you are happy with your dispatch content
Enables the appropriate staff members, executives and managers for instance, to provide feedback on, and approve, the dispatch before it is sent
