Associate an Event to a Resource

When an event has been successfully created, it is assigned a dedicated page on the website (see below).

In certain situations, it may be desirable to link specific resources such as images, brochures and promotional materials against the events page. This is achievable in Freestyle using the Associate To option in the Event Operations section. Select Associate To, check the box beside the required resource(s), and select the save icon. This process is shown on the subsequent screenshot.

Once your settings have been saved, the resources can be viewed against the selected event on the website, in a similar format to that provided below.
